The LED MR*6 bulb is a direct replacement for the Halogen *2 volt MR*6 bulb and the LED GU*0 a direct replacement for the Halogen **0 volt GU*0 bulb with no changes needed to the wiring or lighting units.

 There are 2 additional benefits firstly, due to the low power consumption, less load is put on the transformers reducing the probability of transformer failure, and secondly, due to the very low heat output compared to standard halogen bulbs, fire risk is significantly reduced.
